As the HR Manager, you will oversee policies, procedures and compliance relating to employees and our organization. In partnership with the HR Director, you will help to ensure that HR objectives are met, and that our workplace and culture motivate our team members to do their best possible work. A successful candidate is experienced, dedicated, self-directed and heart-forward. We would love to welcome a team member that balances process improvement, efficiency and strategic thinking with empathy and a willingness to pitch in to accomplish our collective objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure policies, procedures and HR programs are consistently administered, aligned with organizational goals and are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and laws.
  • Provide generalist support for human resources initiatives such as recruitment, benefits, training and employee relations.
  • Manage benefit provider and broker relationships and manage issues on behalf of employees through to completion.
  • Collect and analyze human resources data and make recommendations for change.
  • Administer benefit programs, open enrollment, reporting and invoicing through our benefit administration tool.
  • Acts as liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations.
  • Support Midyear and Annual Review process.

Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.
  • In-depth generalist knowledge and experience in employment law, benefits, organizational planning and employee success.
  • Practiced understanding of recruiting strategies and candidate acquisition
  • A strong track record of managing corporate initiatives and culture.
  • Proven experience optimizing HR systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders and lead with confidence
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience with BS/MS degree in relevant subjects. PHR/SPHR/GPHR certificate preferred.
